– 1/2 C orange juice

– Ice

– Blend ingredients in a blender, pour into a fun glass, add a straw and garnish with a slice of orange and a few berries. Add more ice for a really fun slushie.

Protein Shake

– 1/2 C skim milk (for a special occasional treat, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream)

– 1 banana

– 1 scoop of vanilla-flavored protein powder

– 1 tsp vanilla

– Blend ingredients in a blender, pour into a mug and add a straw. Add some banana slices and a couple of berries to the top for garnish.
