This article intends to give 5 practical tips to avoid the appearance or aggravation of facial spots in summer and beach / pool seasons. 1 – Choose a suitable sunscreen for your face and use it properly. 2 – Wear a hat or cap with sun protection. Yes, there is already SPF clothing, including hats and caps. This is important for those who have partial or total absence of hair, skin problems (pigmentation, sun allergy, rosacea …) and especially for children. In the sun (especially at the beach / pool) and driving, it is essential to wear a hat / cap, but ideally they should be made of materials that guarantee a sun protection factor. 3 – In summer and beach / pool seasons, avoid scrubs, acids and peels. As desperate as a stain is, remember that it will aggravate it if, with sun and heat, apply a product and / or more intensive treatment. This will happen even if you use a sunscreen properly. Do not let the sunspot get worse by following our tips and leave the interventions more intervention by the end of the summer. 5 – Add some simple extras to your food. With summer, there are overeating and fizzy drinks, as well as alcohol and inconstant sleep. All this is reflected in the skin, so you can fight the adverse effects with some simple daily habits: fasting, drink a glass of warm water with juice of half a lemon; ingest teas with ice whenever possible (choose the best ones at; increase consumption of low-glycemic and high-vitamin (kiwi, peach, melon, red fruit, apple, guava and pear) fruits; before lunch and dinner, drink a glass of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in it. To this, of course, the consumption of 2 liters of water per day and the increase of vegetable consumption.
