One of the problems that most affects people when it comes to hair is its fall. It is common to lose between 50 and 100 hairs a day. If this amount is exceeded, you’re dealing with a hair loss.
There are two main types of hair loss: progressive fall and reactive fall. The progressive fall may be hormonal or hereditary, affecting particularly men. The reaction fall is seasonal (occurs a lot in the fall, for example) and affects women a lot; can be triggered by stress, eating imbalances, pregnancy, fatigue, etc.
It’s important to define your type of hair loss in order to treat it effectively. Determining the severity of it is also critical because, when it’s very pronounced, it can symptom of a serious health problem. In this case, you should consult your doctor as soon as possible, preferably a dermatologist.
